• We are required to verify your identity by seeing original evidence of certain documents. We'll copy and return all documentation to you as soon as possible.

• When you entrust us with your personal financial information, we undertake to treat all of your information as private and confidential.

• We do not disclose your information to anyone else unless authorised by you to do so.

• From time to time we may contact you to let you know about other services and products we feel you may be interested in.

• We will treat you with respect and courtesy throughout the mortgage process and promise to look after your finances with the utmost care. However, if an occasion arises when you feel that our service has failed to reach an acceptable standard we respectfully ask you to inform us.
